Here's how you can help make a difference!

Super Typhoon Haiyan, which hit the Philippines this weekend, is known as the most powerful hurricane in recorded history.  The impacts have been devastating - wiping out entire neighborhoods and with an expected death toll of 10,000 in Tacloban alone. The storm affected 9 million people in 36 provinces and displacing 600,000 people. Medical supplies, food and water are scarce with survivors going on days without food and water.

We launched “Bundles of Joy and Letters of Hope” as a grassroots movement to organize our relief efforts in the Visayas region, which was most hit by the Typhoon. Please support relief efforts by sending a bundle of joy for immediate assistance.

One “Bundle of Joy” for $10 can provide food, water, clothing, vitamins, and light. Our goal is to reach $50,000 by the end of the week. If we can get 50 people commit to raise $1,000 to their own networks, we can provide 5,000 “Bundles of Joy” to Malapascua, Camotes, Bantayan, Tacloban, and Ormoc City. Each bundle of Joy will have a "Letter of Hope" from our local and international community to uplift the spirits of our recovering friends affected by the storm.
